Remember, simply memorizing will not help you pass. Practicing and discussing the content is what will help you ace your examinations.
The workbooks / study guides are there to help you practically with your exam preparation. They have model questions which help you get an understanding of how your questions will be phrased. They also come with marking guidelines (memos) which show you how marks will be allocated per question type, and the typical way of answering each question.
The notes are by the Gauteng Department of Education, and so are some of the workbooks.
